Governor Adeleke Approves Salary Increase for UNIOSUN

Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has approved a salary increase of 25% and 35% for teaching and non-teaching staff at Osun State University (UNIOSUN). Speaking at the institution’s 14th convocation in Osogbo, Adeleke praised the university for its peaceful environment, free from strikes and protests, attributing this to the strong leadership and commitment to worker welfare.

The Vice Chancellor, Prof. Clement Adebooye, highlighted the school’s growth, noting an increase in student admissions and the expansion of programs, particularly in Nursing and Law. He credited the institution’s success to hard work and the university’s “no-strike, no-aluta” tradition.
