The Institute of Entrepreneurship and Apprenticeship Management and Administration (IEAMA) held its official Induction and Business Growth Conference on Thursday, October 9, 2025, marking another major milestone in its mission to empower entrepreneurs and promote sustainable business development in Nigeria.
The event, which drew participants from various sectors, was both enlightening and impactful. It featured insightful discussions on entrepreneurial growth, innovation, and the vital role of microfinance institutions in supporting small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
During the conference, 15 new members were formally inducted into the institute. The induction ceremony was conducted in a vibrant and professional atmosphere, as each new member pledged commitment to IEAMA’s vision of fostering entrepreneurship, skill development, and effective apprenticeship management across the country.
