Lawmaker Distributes Educative Materials In Oyo

Lawmaker Anthony Ogunsola Distributes 5,000 Educational Materials to Students in Iwajowa Constituency

Anthony Ogunsola, the lawmaker representing Iwajowa State Constituency in the Oyo State House of Assembly, has distributed 5,000 exercise books and bags to students in both government and private primary and secondary schools in his constituency.

At the distribution event held at Community Basic School Ayetoro-Ile in Iwajowa Local Government Area, Ogunsola highlighted the crucial role of education in community development. He reaffirmed his commitment to fulfilling his campaign promises, noting that his platform under the PDP has motivated him to bring tangible benefits to his constituents. “I remain dedicated to the advancement of education and other projects that will uplift our people, with a firm commitment to not letting you down,” he said.

Council Chairman Muritala Oyewumi praised Ogunsola’s contributions to education and called on other public officials to follow his example. The initiative also received commendations from local leaders, including PDP Chairman Wasiu Fasola, Iwajowa NUT Chairman Taiwo Adeegbe, and ANCOPSS representative Mr. Ojuwoni Musibau.

Former Iwajowa LG Chairman, Abdul Jeleel Oyinloye, assisted in the distribution and lauded Ogunsola’s dedication to education. He noted that Ogunsola’s experience as a teacher, NUT branch chairman, and educational supervisor reflects his deep passion for supporting the foundational stages of education.
